Lack of customer service and knowledge of DOT testing

Was ordered by DOT and Express Labs to have a random BAT test. Front desk girl at Ann &;;;;; Simmons was in a hurry and did not ask appropriate questions to ensure we were taken care of.

Told us we were in the wrong location when we weren't. I asked to speak to a manager. Leticia Terriquez came out and immediately rushed to get us out of their location as well. I called Express Labs and they said we were at the right location.

Ironically their Breath alcohol test was out of order. We were sent to another location where we were told our wait would be an hour and a half. The customer service is horrible and there was no desire to try to make this experience easy. My husband just got out of the hospital and sitting around in 120 weather waiting for a simple test seems absurd.

I highly suggest that these employees and their managers undergo customer service and general training. They are greatly lacking in all areas.not use Do undergo trai we yes, we ee

I called several times asking for the refund and was told only after the insurance company pays, could we get the money back. Now the insurance has paid you, I was told that it will take about 6 to 8 weeks to get the money back.....

I am ready to further escalate this issues if we will not get the money back by the end of May since it is not only for my daughter, but I found a lot of patients have been charged for the copay for Covid-119 test...

Did not listen to patient

I came in on October 24,2020. Waited two hours to be seen by a doctor because I am sick for a week and nothing generic is helping. I see the nurse practitioner and they give me a covid test then have me leave. I already tested negative for covid and demanded to be seen for what I actually have. I am still sick now three days later and they insist on another test. I already tested negative not even a few days prior. They did not listen to me as a patient and wont treat my aliments.

Maybe if you weren't "demanding" during your appointment they would have been more willing to listen to you. Bad behavior does not get you far in life.

So what were you expecting them to do for you? Prescribe an antibiotic for 3 days of viral symptoms? I’m not following your complaint here as you’re leaving out all the necessary details about how the clinic did not treat you appropriately.

Disorganized and no effort to help customer

Very untrained and unprofessional staff and manager there. I was there for a simple job related blood test in which all carenow clinics are contracted with my employer for all employees' lab work and job related injuries. They made me take unnecessary visits in the midst of the Pandemic because the staff didnt know that they dont do this certain test on weekends. I already told the staff I needed specific blood work over the phone and okay to come in . I was there to told that they cant run the test that day. So they told me to come back the next day. It was frustrating but I did go back as they told me. And guess what, they told me that the price would be 3 times higher than what the authorization paper says. I called my agency and they said they sent numerous employees to carenow clinic but never had this kind of issue with any other carenow clinic. They called this clinic and confirmed with staff there that they will go by what the authorization paper says. But I know better by now, I called myself again to confirm that. Nop! They said, whoever the person that my agency spoke with told them wrong information. It would not be the same price as the authorization paper says. That price is OLD ONE. Well, I tried another carenow clinic in Irving. They were fast and as soon as I presented my authorization paper they knew what to do with it, Most importantly they honored the price that was listed on my paper. Everything was smooth. This clinic doesn't care about the patient's safety in the midst of a pandemic, disorganized, untrained and rip off patient. I will not go back to this clinic EVER!

Hi, I know that there is pcr test provided for traveling at Dallas airport. To travel to Japan, a test within 72 hours and doctor's signature physically etc is required, can you please do it for me thank you? I am desperate of getting it.

Bad service

I went to Care And Now at 1218 W McDermott Dr, Allen, TX 75013 , because my daughter fell off her scoter. I was freaking out because her bone was sticking out and her arm and was bloody. We went to Care And Now, and waited for almost 2 hours while my daughter was screaming in pain, also there was only one other person in the lobby. When we finally saw a doctor he said it was just sprang and gave my daughter a sling. The next day I went to a real doctor both of the bones in her arm were broken and her shoulder was severely fractured. So If it it is not for a scrape DO NOT go there.

This event happened @ 39769 LBJ Freeway, Dallas, Texas This customer arrived to get a check up relative to the patients issue of "fatigue". The Doctor, Nicole Nguyen, did the workup blood work. The blood work was checked and Doctor Nguyen said to the client that "your blood sugar is very high and the patient was told to go the Methodist. The client arrived at Methodist hospital and there staff was waiting on me. They did a through work up and did not find anything. My blood sugar was perfect. They also asked why I was sent for hospitalization. the patient returned to the office and told them what the staff at Methodist stated. Doctor Nicole Nguyen stated to the patient that the calibration on the equipment in the clinic was not calibrated correctly. Dr. Nguyen stated that it was her fault because the equipment at the office was not calibrated properly and she was sorry. I asked for the refund for services. She stated the refund would not be available for several weeks. Dr. Nguyen did not own her mistakes. I have not received any response . . . other than "You have to wait until . . . . !!!! to get the refund of your money. . . . . This should be theft!

I went for a pre employment drug screen. After urinating in the cup, the cup was leaking due to *** I had waited 2 hours in the lobby and they wanted me to drink water and wait until I could go again. I mentioned I had another appointment and had to return the next day. I was told if I left, they would tell my employer I refused to take the drug test. I called my employer and explained what happened and they said I could return the next day. The next day I was told to sit and wait ( I was the only one in the lobby), after 1 1/2 hours I asked what was taking so long. The lab tech said she did not receive my paperwork and the guy at the front desk insisted he did send it. I asked for a corporate contact number to complain and the phone system was automated, I could not speak to anyone. They should change their name to "Don't Care Now".

They had the nerve to tell the Pharmacy where I filled the Rx to tell me, I can't go back to this particular CareNow location again. They have my phone number from the paperwork they made me complete. Why would you tell another company to do your dirty work for you ?!?!?!

I took my toddler grandson who was in severe pain. He had an ear infection. Left CareNow at 9:38am. Begged for 5 hours to get his RX called into the Pharmacy 1-mike away. Eventually had to have the pharmacy call yovgetvit from them. Finally got the Rx filled at 3:30. I mad several calls within that 5 hours only for the pharmacy to do the CareNow job for them. I should have known when I walked in the nurse had two arm fulls of tattoos and front desk girl stood around talking most of the time not at the front desk. Super unprofessional. Dr would not take any calls. No clinic Manager in duty. Charleston/Decatur location Las Vegas.

I am at the Duncanville site. Set up a call in appointment Was called and have waited over 1.5 hours for assistance being placed in a back room. My web appointment I made at 6am was botched due to them calling the wrong number This has been horrific customer service and all the reasons people avoid going to these facilities
